Fixed Income & Derivatives Marketer
Ref. FIMThe successful candidate, with a degree in quantitative disciplines, should possess a strong background in finance and mathematics, mastering Investment and security analysis, structuring and Pricing, performance analysis and VaR.
The ideal candidate has a deep knowledge of the capital markets and he/she will focus on opening and maintaining operational relationships with new institutional counterparts (banks and asset managers) throughout Europe and the world.
Working in the Financial Engineering Department, he/she will be responsible of the following activities:
• Designing and structuring investment solutions by comparing counterpart needs with market opportunities
• Negotiating products pricing with different market players
• Internal investment evaluations (in house structuring) with up-to-date pricing models and risk/opportunity analysis and the selection of issues with an adequate credit standing
• Training support to sales team
• Presentation of innovative financial products to institutional buyers
• Banking market research
• Assist back office operations in case language support is required
A perfect knowledge of the Italian and English language is indispensable, as well as some additional skills in programming (C++, Murex, Reuters, Bloomberg, MatLab, Fincad).
Negotiating ability is fundamental. The candidate should be humble, hard working and strong-minded. Moreover he/she should possess entrepreneurial and managerial capabilities.
